To setup and launch a Tex-Mex restaurant focused on takeout
The project required a wide variety of services
- Source location
- Lease negotiation and contract review
- Menu design with POS and third party build-out, including take-out and catering programs
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures, and provide full training
- Develop website, menu and storefront design
- Equipment schedule and management
- Procurement of professional services and vendor selection
- Continued support to date
The project began in June 2021. and had its grand opening in November 2021
