Eddie Fahmy of A2z Restaurant Consulting has set up many kitchens, established protocols and procedures that have secured A+ ratings.

For BottomzUp Bar & Grill in Long Island, Eddie came up with an idea for alcohol-infused cupcakes for the NFL finals and Superbowl.

A2z then arranged to get air time on Fox & Friends to promote the concept.

Promenade Bar and Grill was a sports bar in the Murray Hill neighborhood of New York City that designed its menu around the concept of tailgating. It featured some fan favorites from the around the country.

The venue boasted 45 large screen TVs, 14 craft beers on tap, and and charging stations for your mobile devices.

Amazon Prime engaged A2z Restaurant Consulting to participate in a Carnegie Deli Pop Up promotion for their TV series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
