Do you serve as a project manager?

A2Z Restaurant Consulting is a consulting company, NOT a project management company. Having said that, we are with you every step of the way to help and guide you manage your project.  From start to finish we shall be involved with every critical decision.

Is it important to have a marketing for my restaurant?

When should I build a website?

The moment you secure your venue space, it is time to secure a domain and begin the design and development of your website. The build will continue hand in hand with the venue development, and be ready for the grand opening

Do we really need a business plan?

Would you build a house with an architect, a project manager, and all the appropriate sub-contractors? A restaurant requires these plus interior design, branding,  a digital presence, as well as a marketing plan.

How do I know if my concept is viable?

There are many great ideas out there, but the question is not just whether your concept is a good one, but whether it is right for the location and demographics you wish to serve, A2Z Restaurant Consulting does extensive feasibility studies before you begin development.
