Senior Project Manager Katherine Oh

Katherine brings to A2Z Restaurant Consulting 25 years of experience, both as a project manager across several industries, as well as a restaurateur. 

She can build out a successful restaurant from just a concept; including the planning, setup, and protocols for technology, systems operations such as inventory systems, food, and recipe costing. Additionally, customization, and execution of training and onboarding programs [with a full suite of supporting materials for all front-of-house and back-of-house positions], and maintenance. 

She began her work journey at the age of 16 working as a server, while taking a second job in the construction industry, becoming a project manager by the time she was 27. Committing fully to hospitality in 2019, Katherine was hired as operations manager by Chef Jose Andres to be a part of the grand opening team of one of New York City’s largest development projects – 10 Hudson Yards and 20 Hudson Yards.

Katherine adopted the belief that experience is the best source of knowledge for a project manager,  inspired by the quote of Vernon Law —
