A2Z is a full-service full-cycle restaurant consultant in NYC with clients across the country and in the Caribbean. Under month-to-month contracts, we work with startup restaurants, chains, and/or franchises for single or multiple locations, and become engaged at any stage of the restaurant's evolution. Typically leading up to and post launch we conduct weekly visits to monitor operations with necessary adjustments to evaluate marketing impact, food & Beverage costing, and overall monthly budgeting and operation efficiency.
