King's kitchen was a fast-casual Caribbean concept and our task was to help them design the layout of the space and create the menu.
We assessed the most popular menu items and space for the best optimization.
We determined that the initial counter area was important to provide the customer with a sense of what they thought it was is in fact what it was.
The project went smoothly
The venue was well received, and ultimately converted its name into King's Juice Bar with a focus on organic products while retaining the initial Caribbean cuisine menu, and has been doing well for the past few years.
